Closing the Feedback Loop

Closing the feedback loop is the final step in the consultation and engagement life cycle, but in spite of its importance it often gets overlooked or forgotten. By reporting back on results and outcomes you can bring greater transparency and accountability to the consultation and engagement process, building trust with your respondents and the wider public and motivating them to engage with you more in the future.
