Learn how to take your Citizen Space analysis skills to the next level. This half-day advanced session is aimed at confident users and will give you all the information you need to use the built-in analysis tools.

During the training we will cover how to:

  • Think strategically about your data
  • Use analyst questions to manage internal processes
  • View your collected responses
  • Analyse and tag responses
  • Gain further insights with filtering and grouping
  • Report back and close the feedback loop
