A major process overhaul at Europe's largest Council

Birmingham City Council wanted to implement one consistent process for online consultation across the organisation. They chose to use Citizen Space for this new, standardised approach. Since then, the Council have run hundreds of consultations on the system – on everything from ‘20mph is plenty’ to a Public Art Strategy.

Isle of Man budget: opening up a conversation with citizens

The Isle of Man Government needed to save £25 million over five years. In taking on this challenge, the government wanted to consult the public for their ideas and opinions on how to balance the budget. They decided to host an open, public conversation on spending choices – using Dialogue to run it online.
